Officers of the Lodge are elected annually by the membership.  Their terms of office are for one year, generally beginning on or after St. John the Baptist day, but no later than midnight, the last day of July.

District Officers are appointed by the Grand Master and serve from installation at the Grand Communication in December until the following December.  District No. 73 Lodges include: Breckenridge, Cisco, Eastland, Gorman,  Rising Star, and Ranger.  Other Grand Lodge officers are listed on the Grand Lodge of Texas website.
