When visiting this or
any Masonic Website presenting information about Freemasonry it is
important to know that only a Grand Lodge speaks authoritatively for
the Fraternity and then only within its own Grand
Jurisdiction.
This web-site has no official standing with the
Grand Lodge or any constituent lodge. Our information has been
carefully considered and every effort has been made to insure that
the facts are being presented as accurately as
possible.
The Webs contained herein were
originally created either by myself or the Grand Lodge of Texas
Internet Committee of Masonic Year 2001. They were
hosted gratis for about five years by Brother Doug King.
During this period, the sites were hosted without advertisement or
popup. We owe Brother King a debt of gratitude for his noble
contributions to the Craft. A special thanks to Brother Dick
Brown who walked me through several technical problems without ever
losing patience. Our purpose is to preserve the compilation of
District 73/74 Lodges' histories which are credited to the
contributions of many. It is our fervent hope that they will
contribute to a positive future for these Lodges and for Masonry in
general. John Baum, Webmaster
